Well-being by the sea. Within the hotel there is a luxurious spa dedicated to health and beauty where you can enjoy a wide range of treatments by professionals. The spa is an ideal place to tone and pamper yourself after a round of golf, or the perfect spot to rejuvenate while your partner plays.

The Body Love Centre at Oliva Nova Resort is a beautiful spot where you can improve your health and relax your mind. At the centre of the spa is a lovely heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by loungers, juice bar and the private treatment suites.

Both the saunas and steam room are large and spacious Cold water Pool with Lemon essence Relaxation room with sound therapy. A bit new age but a super place to drop off Gym with exercise bikes, cross trainers, weights and the usual gym equipment

Treatments All treatments take place within a suite of private treatment rooms. Treatments include: Classic massage Medicinal physiotherapy Relaxing body packs Bath and Hydrotherapy Beauty; manicure, pedicure, make up and hair removal. Ayurveda traditional therapies Personal fitness assessments with physiotherapist One to one water gym sessions

Treatment programmes can be arranged for days, weekends and longer periods. There are private changing facilities and lockers with good-sized dressing and make up areas with hairdryers.

The Spa is open every day from 10.00am to 9.00pm.

Entry is payable locally and is only 17 euros. Discounts are available for weekly and monthly use. The price includes access to the pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, saunas, relaxation room, gym and changing rooms.
