La Finca
Par72/6394m La Finca golf course is already being hailed as a future great to rival some of the best courses in Spain. It has been designed with the sole purpose of being a contender to hold the top tournaments in Europe and is a course not to be missed - well worth the taking the drive South of Alicante to play a round here. The owners intend to make this one of the top resorts in Spain and have permission to build another two 18 hole par 72 courses adjacent to this course in the future.
The course is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera and has the greatest variety of greens of any course on the Costa Blanca. In addition, the course has a reserve hole so that, in the event that one of the holes has to be closed off unexpectedly, players are still able to complete a full 18-hole round.
Located in a beautiful natural setting with several lakes, running water and reed beds along the way add challenge to your game. These features have made the course the home of a wide variety of migratory water birds including ducks and egrets. The interior of the course is planted with olive and palm trees creating a stunning backdrop of vegetation with a distinctly Mediterranean flavour.
