Our Apartment
Our apartment has been interior designed and decorated to create a fresh, modern, stylish and comfortable holiday home that is finished and furnished to the highest standard, setting it apart from many of the holiday lets on the Spanish coast. We wanted to create a comfortable space in which to spend time in during your holiday, rather than just a place to sleep and store your luggage. We have thought carefully about everything that you would require for a holiday and executed these requirements with attention to detail and, we hope you will agree, a dash of flair.
The air-conditioned apartment has a large double bedroom and a double sofa bed, comfortably sleeping two or up to four people. Outside there is a large private sunny balcony, a secluded pool and landscaped gardens which are shared among residents only.
Living room
Smart and stylish with polished cream marble floor, light and sunny with floor to ceiling windows and door leading directly onto the patio. As with the rest of the apartment, the lounge is air-conditioned and heated, providing year-round comfort.

Kitchen
Superb high-specification German kitchen with hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. We also include all the equipment that you require - pots, pans, bakeware, plates cutlery, utensils - to prepare and cook and great meal in the apartment.
Bedroom
The bedroom is light and airy with polished marble floor. There are comfortable twin beds that can be joined together to make a spacious double bed. Plus;
- Floor to ceiling windows and a door which leads onto the balcony.
- Electric blinds shade the room from the sun.
- Air-conditioned and heated with separate controls.
- Good quality bed linen and plenty of soft pillows.
Dressing Area
A dressing area with floor to ceiling mirrored doors to all wardrobes gives plenty of hanging space and drawers.
Bathroom
A fully tiled luxury bathroom with the highest quality German fixtures and fittings consists of a bath with power shower over and a wash hand basin, bidet and WC.
Storage room
In the basement we have our own secure lockable storage room. This is great for storing golf clubs, golf trollies, beach equipment and suitcases.
Terrace
A good-sized balcony. There is a bistro-style table and four chairs - great for breakfast on the terrace or a nice relaxing place to have your evening meals.
Swimming Pool
The pool is a nice big swimming pool with a central island and is surrounded by landscaped lawns, palm and olive trees. There is also a paddling pool for the small ones. The pool and gardens are secluded and private and only for the use of the residents and their guests.
We have provided sunloungers and sunshade which are stored for your convenience in the lockable storage area on the ground floor.
Access
Our apartment is on the first floor allowing easy access via a good-sized lift to the pool and other amenities.
Parking
The apartment is accessed through an electric gate. There is a dedicated parking space.
Linen
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Cleaning
The apartment is fully valeted after guests have left and before new guests arrive.
Changeover Day
We are flexible with changeover days out of peak season
